This data is used solely to handle your inquiry and is not shared with third parties, except as described below.
Formspree (Third-Party Service)
The contact form uses Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). When submitted, your data is transmitted to servers in the United States. Formspree processes this data under their own privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Transmission to the USA is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Data is deleted once the inquiry has been handled.
Hosting
This website is hosted via GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you access the site, technical data is collected server-side (IP address, browser type, time of access). This data is processed by GitHub: GitHub Pages Privacy.
Business Address (Third-Party Service)
The business address listed in the Impressum is provided through adressemieten.ch (F2BII E-Commerce, Walderstrasse 23, 8732 Neuhaus SG, Switzerland). A data processing agreement is in place with this provider in accordance with Art. 9 revDSG. Processing takes place exclusively in Switzerland or in countries with an equivalent level of data protection.
No Cookies, No Tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use any tracking or analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, or similar). No user behaviour profiles are created.
Your Rights
Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG), you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your stored data
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure of your data
- Right to restriction of processing
